User Terms of NameRich Service

1.0 Introduction

Namerich.com provides services and tools that enable Users to buy and sell domain names and to earn revenue from Internet traffic generated from domain names parked on the Namerich.com service platform. Services provided under the Namerich.com brand are provided by China Springboard, Inc.

The following User Registration Terms apply to all Users of services offered on the NameRich.com website. By clicking on the box, User agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions herein.

2.0 User Information Certification

User hereby certifies that the registration information provided, including the contact information is accurate and will enable NameRich.com to contact user.

If requested by Namerich.com, User also agrees to provide documentation verifying their identity.

User shall keep the information provided current by updating user information immediately if changes take place.

User hereby acknowledges Namerich.com's right to cancel the Customer account and service privileges if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or false.

3.0 Notification by email

User agrees to receive all communications from Namerich.com by means of electronic mail at the e-mail address provided by the User.

4.0 User Name and Password

Users whom complete the Namerich.com online registration form will receive a username and password which will be required to log in to and use NameRich.com services.

User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the user name and password issued by Namerich.com, and shall take measures to ensure confidentiality. Furthermore, User accepts responsibility for all actions taken on the Namerich.com using the user name and password.

Users have the right to change their password by following the process specified on the Namerich.com website.

User names and passwords may not be transferred from one User to another User without the expressed written consent of Namerich.com.

User shall immediately report any instance in which their user name and password has (or may have) been disclosed to a third party, or if they have reason to believe confidentiality of the user name and password may have been compromised in any way.

5.0 Changes in Terms of Service

Namerich.com may at any time, at its sole discretion modify, add, or delete the terms of service.

User acknowledges Namerich.com??s right to make changes to service fees. If such changes take place after User has paid for a service, a price adjustment to the new price shall take place at the time of renewal.

6.0 User Rights and Obligations

User has the right to use their user name and password to access and use services offered on the Namerich.com websites in compliance with the terms herein and the applicable service specific terms and conditions.

User shall receive related technical support provided by Namerich.com.

User shall not take any actions that would intentionally cause harm to Namerich.com service platform or cause others to take such action.

User agrees not to violate the intellectual property or other legal rights of third parties.

User accepts all liability for actions that are a result or submitting invalid or incorrect contact information, including their e-mail address.

User agrees not to violate any laws when using Namerich.com services, and hereby indemnifies Namerich.com and China Springboard Inc. for any such violation.

7.0 Rights and Obligations of Namerich.com

Namerich.com shall provide services selected by the User in a manner that is consistent with the description of such services on the Nameich.com website.

Namerich.com shall protect User information in accordance with its Privacy Policy as published on the Namerich.com website.

Namerich.com has right to deny service to any User for any reason at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to termination of service for providing inaccurate information or for online behavior that Namerich.com determines is not in Namerich.com's best interests. User acknowledges Namerich.com right to investigate the accuracy of information provided by User, and to monitor User behavior for the purpose of protecting Namerich.com assets, reputation, or for the purpose of ensuring legal or regulatory compliance.

8.0 Termination of Service

User may terminate their membership as well as any Namerich.com service at any time, however, service fees shall not be refunded.

Namerich.com has right to terminate any service at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of such termination by Namerich.com, provided user has not violated the terms and conditions of service, Namerich.com shall refund fees on a prorated basis.

9.0 Settlement of Disputes and Applicable Law
No civil action with respect to any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement may be commenced until the matter has been submitted for mediation. In the case of .cn related disputes, User agrees to follow CNNIC policy regarding domain name dispute resolution.

This Agreement, including its interpretation and performance thereunder, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. Each Party hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of the Peoples Republic of China. Any action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Peoples Republic of China.
10.0 Force Majeure
Neither Party will be responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts or omissions of government or military authority, acts of God, industry-wide materials shortages, transportation delays, fires, floods, labor disturbances, riots, wars, or inability to obtain any export or import license or other approval of authorization of any governmental authority.
11. Miscellaneous
If any of the terms herein are determined to be unenforceable by the courts of the Peoples Republic of China, the other terms shall remain in effect.

Publication of any modification of the Service Agreement is considered to be User notification.

In the event of a change in the status of Namerich.com or China Springboard Inc., including but not limited to acquisition, merger, or public offering, changing of incorporation, etc., User agrees with that all rights and responsibilities of Namerich.com and User shall be transferred.

This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting any of the sites offered by China Springboard, Inc., Inc., including, but not limited to Namerich.com and Namerich.cn, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice. - What Personal Information About Customers Does China Springboard, Inc. Gather?

Information You Give Us:
We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, providing our services (e.g., domain name registration, DNS hosting), and communicating with you.
Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses our sites. Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) click stream to, through, and from our Web site, including date and time. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

- What About Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser. Besides using the information as described above, China Springboard, Inc. utilizes cookies to control the flow of the ordering processes by maintaining the state of your online transactions.

Some of our business partners may use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

- Does China Springboard, Inc. Share the Information It Receives?

Yes, we do share information but only as described below. Otherwise we will not provide your personal information without your consent.

WHOIS: We are required to collect information about you during the domain name registration process. This information includes your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and, where provided, your facsimile number. We are also required to make your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and, where provided, your facsimile number, as well as the creation and expiration dates of your domain name registration and the name server information associated with your domain name, to the public via an interactive Web page and a "port 43" WHOIS service. For the purposes of this Privacy Notice we will refer to this information as your "WHOIS Information." Please note that we may not be able to control how members of the public may use the WHOIS Information.
Advertisers: We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
Partners: We partner with other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.
Agents: We engage other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card payments, providing marketing assistance, providing customer services, sending postal mail and email to you, removing repetitive information from customer lists, and analyzing data. These persons have access to personal information needed to perform their functions. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information that you provide to China Springboard, Inc. for any secondary purposes.
Service Providers: We engage other companies and individuals to perform enhanced services on our behalf. For example, we have engaged Critical Path, Inc. to provide free electronic mail services to our domain name registrants. In addition, certain of our enhanced services such as our Web Site Generator require that we contact Internet directories and various search engines on your behalf. Many of our service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
Business Transfer: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or their assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, if China Springboard, Inc., Inc. or all or substantially all of its assets were ever to be acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
Compliance: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Services Agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of China Springboard, Inc., our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

- How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input and the information we may send to our agents.
China Springboard, Inc. has gone to great lengths to ensure your information is securely obtained and held in compliance with the Card Holder Information Security Program. For example, we encrypt your credit card number before it is stored in our database. This ensures that no one may access your credit card from our system.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

- What Information Can I Access?

China Springboard, Inc. gives you access to certain information about you for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. To view or change this information, log-in to your account. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.

Sites provided by China Springboard, Inc. contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

- Children

China Springboard, Inc. does not sell services for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
